Changing or canceling the shipping order

My order is complete, can I still change the data?

Before completing the shipping order, we recommend thoroughly rechecking all data. Once you have completed the shipping order and have received an order confirmation via email, we recommend that you check the data for accuracy. If you find an error in the booking data, contact us directly in the live chat or via our contact form and inform us of the correction. If you have changed the collection date or pick-up time, please call us directly for a new appointment with a time window of at least two hours. When changing the address, please inform us directly about the corrected address. If the shipment has already been sent, changes may not be possible.
