I've got an unscheduled recalculation

Based on the check measurements of their shipment.

These are scanned in the HUB of the respective shipping service provider of lasers and weighed by calibrated scales.

Nevertheless, should a mistake be made, we will gladly help you to fix it.

In order to reclaim the bill, we need pictures of the shipment from you. On these, the dimensions and shipping documents must be recognizable.
