How do I get the shipping documents for my shipment?
After you have successfully booked your shipment, a confirmation page will open where you will find all relevant information and documents for your shipment.
You can easily download your order confirmation and invoice, as well as the shipping label and - if you are shipping internationally - also a free proforma invoice as a PDF file or print it out immediately. In addition, you will receive all relevant documents as a PDF file by e-mail.
- Log in to your customer account
- Click on "Orders"
- Click on "Details" for the desired order
- At the top right corner in the section "Documents" you can view and download your order confirmation, invoice or proforma invoice as a PDF file
- Click on "Label/All labels" to download your label as a PDF file
