With a tariff that includes a drop-off in a parcel shop, you remain flexible when sending your shipment. Decide for yourself when and in which parcel shop you would like to deliver your shipment.
Our advice for a smooth process
- Attach the shipping documents (e.g. shipping label and, if applicable, customs or commercial invoice) in a clearly visible place on the outside of the shipment
- Keep the signed receipt of shipment in a safe place. It serves as proof that you have handed over your shipment to the shipping service provider
