The shipping label contains all the important information needed for the shipping service provider to get the package from point A to point B. This information will be visible and/or stored in a barcode:

  • Name and logo of the shipping service provider
  • Shipper address
  • Delivery address
  • Shipment number for tracking purposes
  • Weight of the package (depending on the shipping service provider)

After you print the shipping label on white paper or self-adhesive labels, you can attach it (with glue or tape) to the package.

Please note

Each shipping label is unique and cannot be reused.

There are several rates where you do not need a printer. The shipping label will be brought to you by the parcel carrier upon pickup. If you need a printer, this will be indicated with "Printer required" in the price list.

Our tip

In the shipping cost calculator, you can choose the filter "No printer needed". This will show you all rates that do not require a printer.

After booking, you will receive the shipping label in a separate e-mail with the subject "Your shipping label for your order". Unfortunately, in some cases the label may end up in the spam folder.

You can access and download your label at any time in your customer account by clicking on "Shipments".

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Click on "Orders"
  • Click on "Details" for the desired order
  • Click on "Label/All Labels" to download your label as a PDF file

A JUMINGO shipping label is valid for three months. Therefore, you do not have to send the package directly but within three months.

Each shipping label is unique and contains all the important information such as the shipment number, address data and package data (dimensions and weight). If the address or package data has changed in the meantime, please contact customer service. We will adjust the shipping label to the new information and send you a new shipping label.

No.

You will receive an individually created shipping label for each shipment. So you cannot use the same shipping label for different shipments. Otherwise, the carrier may refuse to pick up your shipments, lose your shipments, or return your shipments.
