The following items are strictly excluded from shipping with any of the shipping providers at JUMiNGO. If your shipment contains one of these listed items (or one that is similar in description or type), the shipment can be canceled. If a shipment is nevertheless made, we would like to point out that the sender bears the full risk of loss or damage. The sender will be charged all additional costs and surcharges incurred for return transport.

Further notice
All items you send must be adequately padded and protected. Furthermore, all items must be packed in a rectangular cardboard box. In case of inadequate packaging or unshaped packaging (canisters, buckets, metal cases, tyres, rolls, wooden packaging, sacks and items not packed in cardboard boxes), JUMiNGO will charge the respective surcharge of the shipping service provider after successful shipping. The goods must always be packed in such a way that they can survive a fall from a height of 1 meter onto edges, surfaces or corners without damage. JUMiNGO cannot accept any liability if the contents are not adequately packed.
