The team function allows you to set up a company account with separate sub-accounts for individual teams/employees. This increases clarity and simplifies shipping management processes within a company.
All members will still be able to use their own account as usual and place orders. However, the company data is the same for everyone. You can take one of three roles (User, User+ or Admin), which determines your editing rights of the company data. The Admin role has the ability to manage other members ( deactivate, delete, change roles). The User+ and Admin role gives you the possibility to view the orders of the other team members.
All members of a team have the possibility to share their addresses. Shared addresses can be viewed by all members and used for orders. Users with the Admin role can manage (edit, copy, delete) shared addresses, the User and User+ roles can only manage their own.
All your existing discounts and benefits will be applied to the entire team. Just like any additional payment methods you may have activated.
Click the "Shipping Tools > Team/User Management" menu item in the navigation bar. It is only visible for customers with a business account.
Are you a business customer and would like to use the team function? Click on the "Account > Account settings" menu item in the navigation bar and select the account type "Business".
Open your address book. At each of your address you will see an element to share the address with the team (upper right corner). You can use this element to share individual addresses. You want to share several or all addresses with the team? Then use the Multi-action for this purpose. Select all the addresses to be shared (tick the checkbox), then click on Multi-action in the upper left corner of the page. Select the action "Share with team". All previously marked addresses are now shared with your team.
The shared addresses appear in the address book of all members. They are marked with the initials of the owner.
