How can I change the sender or recipient address?

Your shipping label needs to be changed?

The recipient address can only be changed once and only if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Please note that the old shipping label is no longer valid then.

Should you still use the cancelled shipping label, we would like to point out that in addition to the shipping costs, a handling fee of 50.00 EUR will be due.

If you need further assistance please create a support ticket with your change request. Your message should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Corrected sender or recipient address

Please note, if your shipment is already on its way, it may not be possible to make any changes.
