How can I cancel my purchase order or an individual shipping order?

You have the right to cancel your shipping order within 14 days after conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. Please note that you can only cancel your order as long as the shipping label has not been used yet.

You have a change request? We can make the following changes for you without cancellation:

  • Recipient and sender names and addresses
  • Package details
  • Pick-up date and time
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Value and content of goods

If you have a change request or wish to cancel your purchase order (or a single shipment), simply create a support ticket for us with the following information:

  • Customer number
  • Order and/or invoice number (will be pre-filled in the support ticket when you triggered the cancellation process via the "cancel order" link)
