How can I change the pickup date or time?

We will gladly help you to change the day or time of collection. Please create a support ticket with your change request. Your message should contain the following information:

  • Order number
  • New pickup date or time

Note

With the following service providers unfortunately no reduction of the pick-up-time is possible:

  • GLS
  • DPD
  • JUMiNGO Cargo
  • SkyNet
  • trans-o-flex
  • Der Kurier (additional charge)
