After you have placed your order, your invoice and all other documents relating to your order will be sent to you by e-mail.

You can also access all documents for each individual order in your customer account. This is how you can view your invoice:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Click on "Orders"
  • Click on "Details" for the relevant order
  • RIn the upper right corner under the section "Documents" you can open your invoice as a PDF file

If your invoice has been issued to an incorrect billing address, you can create a support ticket. Please include your invoice number and the correct billing address.

You will receive a corrected invoice via email within 7 business days.

To change your billing address in your customer account, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Go to Settings > Account settings
  • Enter your new billing address
