Redeem a coupon code

1. Go through the order process until you reach the payment page
2. On the left you see the total amount of your order
3. Below you will find the field "Redeem your coupon code"
4. Enter your coupon code
5. Click on "Redeem"
6. The coupon code value has now been deducted from your order total
7. Complete the payment process as usual

Conditions for redeeming coupon codes

• Coupon codes from JUMiNGO can be redeemed once in the checkout process before the order process is completed
• Subsequent offsetting is not possible
• Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order
• Coupon code credit is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest

Please contact customer service and send us your coupon code. We will process your request as soon as possible and send you a new coupon code.
