The payment process was interrupted, what can I do?

If the payment process was interrupted, you can continue the payment afterwards to complete your order.

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Click on "Orders"
  • Open the unpaid order and select a payment method
  • You can choose between Sofort and PayPal to complete the payment process
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also choose an alternative payment method - e.g. credit card - via the PayPal PLUS service

As soon as the payment process is completed, you will receive the shipping label for your shipment.
