In daily business, I realized how complicated and opaque the shipping industry is – especially in international shipping. Moreover, most processes are still analogue and customer service is not always a priority. "There has to be a better way" was my thought, and the idea of JUMiNGO was born.
Starting with 5 employees in a converted warehouse in 2017, we now have almost 80 employees, have served over 150,000 customers and shipped more than 1.5 million packages worldwide. We have quickly evolved from a comparison platform to the ideal shipping partner, especially for business customers and particularly for worldwide express and standard shipments.
We continuously expand our service portfolio and service offerings, thus setting new digital standards. This corresponds to our objective of further advancing the digitalization of the logistics industry.
