SHIPMENT TRACKING

After you have created the shipping label for your shipment, the selected carrier is notified. The shipping label contains all key information for the courier, such as the sender and delivery address, to ensure the shipment can be delivered from point A to point B.

1. The current shipment status in the delivery process, along with the date, is displayed here.
2. You can track every step of the delivery process from the start up to the current shipment status. For example, you can see the exact day and time the pickup scan was performed, when the shipment arrived at the carrier’s sorting hub, and when the import scan was completed.
3. View all locations the shipment has already passed through.

Your shipment is about to arrive at the recipient’s address. The current tracking status may read, for example: "The package is being held at the parcel center."

The delivery to the recipient was successful. The shipment was either handed directly to the customer at the recipient address or made available for pickup at a nearby parcel shop by the carrier. At this stage, you can view a complete overview of the entire delivery process.

With JUMiNGO Shipment Tracking, you can track shipments from all major parcel service providers free of charge. Our tracking works for the following carriers, among others:

• UPS Shipment Tracking
• DHL Shipment Tracking
• TNT Shipment Tracking
• FedEx Shipment Tracking
• DPD Shipment Tracking
• GLS Shipment Tracking

• In your JUMiNGO customer account, click on Settings >> Shipments.
• Under the Status section, you will find your tracking number.
• By clicking on the tracking number, you are taken directly to the shipment tracking page.

There are several reasons why shipping delays may occur:

• Due to a disruption, such as a road closure, accident, or other unforeseen events, the carrier may not be able to deliver within the specified time frame.
• Are you shipping internationally? Customs clearance or inspection of the shipment contents by the relevant customs authority may take longer than expected.
• The shipment status is not updating due to a temporary system error.

If the recipient is not available, a new delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. If the recipient is again unavailable, a third and final attempt will be made to deliver the shipment. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned.

Please note that in rare cases – and even if booked – shipments are not stored in a parcel shop. As a rule, shipments are returned to us after three failed delivery attempts. Please make sure, before booking, that the recipient is available at the specified address during the indicated time window.

If certain issues arise or the carrier has specific questions, the communication takes place between the carrier and JUMiNGO. In this context, the term "sender" refers to JUMiNGO and not to you as the customer, which means you will not be contacted directly.

If there are any changes regarding your shipment, we will of course inform you. Usually, this involves requests for invoices or other documentation. If we already have these documents on file, we will forward them to the carrier automatically. Otherwise, our customer service team will proactively contact you via email.

In rare cases, your shipment may not appear immediately in the tracking system. Sometimes it can take longer for it to be displayed. However, this has no impact on the delivery.

If anything about your shipment changes, we will inform you by email.

It can indeed happen that your tracking shows the shipment as delivered, even though it is still on its way. This is often the case with trans-o-flex bookings. If this issue occurs, we recommend tracking your shipment directly on the trans-o-flex website using your tracking number.
