You can manage shipments that you have saved temporarily and not yet finalized at any time and prepare them for shipment:

  • Log in to your customer account
  • Go to Shipments > Drafts
  • Manage your shipments

With our checklist we help you cover all the important points to ensure a hassle-free shipment.

National / Shipping within the EU

  • Check the sender and recipient address on the shipping label
  • Are you allowed to ship the contents of your shipment with JUMiNGO? Please check the list of prohibited shipping items
  • Make sure your shipment is adequately packaged to prevent damage to your or other shipments
  • Attach the shipping label clearly visible on the outside of the shipment

Shipping to a third country

If you want to ship to a third country, there are additional aspects to consider besides those listed above:

  • Check with your local customs office for any import restrictions or other special considerations for the destination country of your shipment
  • Attach three copies of a pro forma and/or commercial invoice to the outside of the shipment so that it is clearly visible
  • Find out in advance whether further documents (e.g. safety data sheets or similar) are required for the shipment of your goods
  • If the value of goods is 1,000.00 EUR or more, you will need an Export Accompanying Document (EAD) for your shipment.

As long as your address is valid, there are no restrictions with two exceptions:

  • Your address must not be longer than 35 characters.
  • Your address must not be a PO Box address.
  • If you need help entering the address data, contact us.

    As your shipment passes through customs for an international shipment, there may be queries from the customs office. To ensure faster and more efficient customs clearance, we ask for a local phone number in advance.

    Additionally, with a local phone number, the shipping service provider can arrange delivery with the recipient more quickly.
