What companies clarify before switching

Do we need our own carrier contract?
No. The rates are built into the platform, negotiated on the pooled volume of all shippers. There is no term, no minimum volume and no notice period. You are billed per shipment.
How is JUMiNGO different from other shipping platforms?

How does billing work?
All shipments run through one account and one invoice, whichever carrier transports them. Surcharges and receipts are traceable per shipment and can be analysed across carriers and destinations.
Who takes over when a shipment is stuck?
Your dedicated contact. The system detects delays automatically in tracking, and JUMiNGO handles the case with the carrier, even when the carrier caused it. You stay with one contact instead of switching between carrier hotlines.
How does customs clearance work?
For export and import alike. Customs documents and transport insurance are produced in the same process as the shipping label, for inbound as well as outbound shipments. An automatic check validates shipment data and HS codes before printing, which reduces errors at the border.
Can air freight be booked online too?
Yes, and without a quotation process. Rates from several airlines and forwarders are turned into a digital product that books like a parcel, customs and insurance included. Pallets and express shipments run through the same access.
