Export documents and transport insurance are produced in the same process as the label, for export and import alike. A check validates shipment data and HS codes before printing.

What to clarify before connecting

What does the integration cost?
The channels and the API are part of the account. You are billed per shipment, with no base fee, no term and no minimum volume.
Do we need developer resources?
Not for the ready-made channels, the connection is made inside your account. The API does require development. How much depends on your system and on which functions you want to cover. We estimate that together.
How do we test the integration before going live?
We clarify that in a call, depending on your system and the planned scope. The documentation describes every endpoint with example calls.
Can several shops be connected?
Yes. Several channels run in parallel in one account, and shipments stay traceable per source while remaining analysable together.
What happens if a carrier fails?
You switch the service without changing the integration. Rates from all carriers run through the same format.
