We'll show you how to connect your eBay shop to JUMiNGO's shipping platform.
To process the shipping of your eBay orders with JUMiNGO, you need to connect your eBay shop to our system.
To do this, log in to your JUMiNGO business account. Click on the eBay logo under E-commerce Systems. You will now reach the setup page of the eBay interface. Give your new connection a name, e.g. eBay Shop of Company.
During synchronization, all new orders are always imported. Therefore, you need to choose a synchronization interval that determines how often you want to synchronize orders (e.g. every six hours). You can also import available open orders for the initial setup with the second slider (e.g. Everything available). In the last step, select your eBay country page (e.g. ebay.co.uk if you have a UK eBay shop). Now click Connect.
You will now be redirected to the eBay login page. Log in with your eBay shop credentials and click Agree. You will now be redirected back to the overview of your connections in JUMiNGO. ** Note:** Please note that order changes are not synchronized.
Now your shop is connected and you can process your eBay orders through JUMiNGO. In your dashboard, you can check the status of your connection at any time and view open orders. Want to import new orders? Simply click Synchronize. Future orders will be imported automatically if you have set an interval.
You can then process shipping for imported eBay orders for your customers at attractive rates through JUMiNGO. After successful shipping label creation, the tracking number and shipping service provider name are entered in the corresponding eBay order and the order is set to shipped status.
